Co-Owner & President
I started my journey with the Creative Children’s Center since I was 2 years old. I was enrolled in CCC’s educational Preschool program until I entered Myersville’s Kindergarten program. I practically grew up at the Creative Children’s Center and their programs and educators have shaped who I am today. While in Highschool and the first couple years of college, I worked as a Teacher’s aide for several years and then worked as the Administrative Assistant for a couple years before starting, what I had thought was, my “career job”. After four years at another corporate company down the road, I felt that I could do more to support my local community. I had completed by Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Economics and well as completing my MBA from the University of Maryland. I’m very happy to be back and supporting the growing vision of Early Childhood Education right here in our local community. I greatly enjoy working with students, families and teachers each and every day to make a positive difference in their lives. We are fully invested in the children and families of our community who seek the best possible education and care available.
The Creative Children’s Center shares a lot of history within our community, as we have called Myersville our home for 25 years. Our renewed vision and mission introduced significant changes and improvements to our school across all facets of our school’s operational model. Making these investments is critical to the success of our students as they participate in new challenges that better prepare them for the world ahead. So far, CCC has made significant changes to our programs such as Maryland Excels and MSDE Accreditation, experienced and credentialed teachers, outdoor facilities improvements and so much more! We understand that families have a lot on their plate and it is our role and prerogative as educational professionals and leaders in our community to ensure that your child’s transition to school and childcare is as seamless as possible. Promoting a welcoming, safe and secure environment for your child to learn, develop and grow is an integral part of our mission here at Creative.
I would like to thank those families who have supported us along the way and welcome all of our new families to our growing community and school. I look forward to establishing a positive-working relationship with all of our families and students and look forward to what the future holds. From all of us here at the Creative Children’s Center, thank you again and welcome to the family!
Co-Owner & CFO
I have been with Creative Children's Center since July 2018. I earned my Master's Degree in Financial Management and Accounting from the University of Maryland. I was previously a revenue/billing analyst and staff accountant for 4 years prior to coming to CCC. Working closely with our Management Team, teachers, staff and families, we are able to prioritize program improvements for the fiscal year.
My name is Deborah "Deb" Harley. I'm married to Dale "Huck" Harley and we have 2 sons, Jacob, 26 and Andrew, 18. I have worked at Ft. Detrick Child Development Center for 34 years, 30 of which were with infants six weeks-18 months. I have my CDA (Child Development Associate Credential) in Infant and Toddler and currently hold a Level 3 Maryland Credential certificate. I have been with Creative Children's Center since August 2019 as the infant/toddler teacher.
Early Learning Teacher
This is my second year teaching at Creative Children's Center being the Lead teacher for the Young Learner's classroom (18-30 month's old). I have worked previously at Bright Horizons teaching two year old's and being a resource teacher. I graduated with my Associate Degree from Pierpont Community and Technical College where I majored in Early Education. I am a Level 3 Maryland Credentialed and working on Level 4. What I enjoy about working with children is watching them grow and seeing their "light bulb" moments. My future aspirations would be to build a warm and welcome environment for the children and to build a strong parent-teacher relationship.
Kindergarten Readiness Assistant
I have been with Creative Children's Center since August of 2020. Previously, I gained three years of experience working as an aide at Mt. Nebo Learning Center. Prior to working with children, I was in the medical field, working as a medical assistant. I wanted a change in my career, and working with children is my true passion, so I couldn't be happier to be in this industry, with Creative Children's Center.
School-Age Teacher & Transitional Teacher
I'm originally from the NYC area but came to Frederick in 2006 to attend Hood College. After graduating in 2009 with degrees in Early Childhood Education and English, I worked for Frederick County Public Schools for five years before switching to a private school. Most recently, I worked for Hood while finishing my M.S. in Reading Specialization. I have been with CCC since January 2020 as the Kindergarten Readiness Teacher but transitioned to the School Age program in the spring. I will be the school age teacher for the 2020-2021 school year and I am excited! I love working with kids, finding out what makes each child tick, and helping them capitalize on their strengths and improve on their weaknesses. I really enjoy helping my students find books that they enjoy and realize that reading is fun!
When I'm not in the classroom or reading a book, you'll usually find me around animals. I have two cats and a bearded dragon (yes kids, I own a 'real' dragon)! I'm also a horse girl and volunteer at a nearby rescue where I work with the horses and represent the rescue at events.

I have worked at Creative Children’s Center since June 2019. "My name is Emily Rapp and I have worked with children in different capacities for the last 5 years. I worked at CCC previously, I have been a private nanny, I have worked in church centers and in youth groups, and I actually even cut children's hair! Children are such a special part of our society and give us the drive to make our future brighter. I have really enjoyed being a part of the CCC family again, and I truly desire to be a bright spot in each child's day, as someone they know loves them and supports them- and I hope to be that for my team members as well. In return, I hope to receive greater understanding of child development and the satisfaction of donating my time and energy to care for the future leaders of our society!"
My name is Amaya Dull and I have been a childcare professional since 1996. I currently hold a level 5 MD Childcare Credential and am certified to teach infants, toddlers and preschool age children. I am so excited to be here at CCC and promise to provide your child with a loving, nurturing and safe environment. I want every parent to feel comfortable and confident when leaving their child in my care. I believe that
communication is very important and encourage each parent to reach out to me with any questions and concerns they may have. It’s important to me that parents and caregivers work together as a team to form a positive relationship and environment that each child can thrive in! I look forward to getting to know everyone and am excited to be a part of the team here at CCC!
I have been a teacher for five years and have been at CCC for two years, teaching the transitional class (3-4 year old's). I attended Towson University and received my bachelor's degree in Family and Human Services, with a focus on children. I currently hold a Maryland Child Care Credential Level 6 to provide children of the Myersville community with the latest innovations in child care. I enjoy working with kids because I love to see how they grow throughout the year.
Before working at Creative Children's Care, I was a stay-at-home mom for 25 years. During that time, for over 15 years, I owned and operated a licensed-home daycare. Also, I was a foster parent for the state of Maryland. My children are grown (one son and one daughter), and I have two grandsons plus another grandbaby on the way! I spend my time in my small cabin in the woods with my two dogs. I am currently a Level 2 with Maryland Credentialing, and I am pursuing my associate of arts degree in early childhood education.
