A Small Business with a Big Heart for its Employees
Although we are a corporation, we see our teachers and staff as individuals rather than a number. Our employees are the face of Creative and are treated as such. We empower all employees to be strong, independent, and confident professionals.
As our children grow and develop through the longevity of our programs, we aspire to encourage employee growth and development by offering 16 hours of onsite training during the year. We believe you could never stop learning, which is why we offer our staff an annual subscription for continuing education courses and provide a coaching and mentoring program with set goals, both professional and personal. Our employees are family. When one employee is going through something in life, the other employees and management feels their emotions and seek to support wholeheartedly.
Unlike other early childhood education centers, the owners and operators are onsite each day to provide staff with support in and out of the classroom. We believe in equality and change, demonstrated in our majority women-operated small business, as opposed to other early childhood education centers with male-dominated teams.
To be a Teacher at Creative, We're Seeking:
-
A passionate teacher who cares about the physical and educational needs of a child, regardless of exceptional abilities.
-
A poised individual to effectively communicate in a positive way with parents, families, co-workers, and community personnel.
-
A committed and respectful individual who holds the vision, mission, and goals of Creative to the highest ethical standards.
-
A willingness to take a moment and turn it into a educational lesson to continually inspire children that learning is perpetual.
As with children, adults also thrive on consistency, which is why we plan for employees to be scheduled to a specific program each day to promote positive relationships with the children. There can be stress when working with children each day, which is why our classroom ratios are smaller than competitors.
