We are excited for you to start your new journey with us! We are here to support you in your professional and personal goals. As you prepare for your first day, there are a number of required forms you will need to complete for the Office of Childcare. Once approved by our Licensing Specialist, you will be able to start your first day!

Your first day will include orientation and a meet and greet with the rest of the CCC Team. Orientation is detailed and thorough. It includes an overview of our Employee Handbook. Policies included in our orientation are emergency, safety, health procedures, age-appropriate activities, discipline methods, active supervision, and interaction with children and parents.

The management team will continue to check in with you on your progress in the program, and before you know it, we will be sitting down for your 90-day review while building relationships with the children, families, and staff.
